Very tasty breakfast. Coffee a bit weak but quite enjoyable. Friendly service that certain something for a 5th was missing.

The knuckle last night was a dream. Nice and crispy on the outside and the meat very tender. Really recommended.

The knuckle can do something! So crispy that the fork barely went in. Sauce was perfect, dumplings only minimally dry. Homemade iced tea was very good, only the prices weren't quite right, the house bread was only 2 slices with 3 creams: tasty, but not worth 6eur. Otherwise very satisfied.

Great brewery, nice service, nice breakfast buffet ?

Went there for dinner last Friday. -The waiter was a bit too relaxed, but quite inattentive. -The portions are clearly arranged on the plate. -The prices are too stately for that. -The dessert reached us already badly melted. -long waiting for the bill. NO must have !!!

A great breakfast buffet including coffee and tea, juices, sparkling wine and a good selection including dessert. The service is great. Fast and very nice. The buffet is always well stocked and everything is freshly refilled. We were there for the first but definitely not for the last time. Top.

Comfortable, friendly service, fits to spend a nice evening in a quiet atmosphere.

We didn't have a reservation and went in this morning and have breakfast, we were 5 people. Although it had already been quite full, the lady tried very hard and was kind of friendly to assign us a table. We got it too and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you :)

Despite the good number of visitors on Sunday, the brunch was still very good, there was always enough of everything and, as always, it tasted very good until next time, thank you ??

Unfortunately not recommended. Muddy fried potatoes were served with the hunter schnitzel with canned campsites. After dinner we waited 30 minutes until someone finally cleared the plates! Especially in times of Corona, you should make more effort as a restaurateur to win new guests.

there was no attendance list kept .. waiter did not wear a mask ... and the distance to the other tables was also not given ... otherwise everything nice and friendly beer without foam ? well there are other restaurants ?‍♀️

?‍♀️ I would like to thank the Franziskaner staff again for the friendly hospitality. You are a great, very friendly team. I felt very well looked after. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I'm already looking forward to my next stay in Oberhausen and the visit to the Franziskaner. Keep it up.

I went on December 29, 2019. Ordered the Veal Schnitzel with hollandaise sauce that was very good. But for dessert we ordered a KAISERSCHMARR‘N that looked gorgeous but when I started eating I found burnt pieces underneath. We told the waiter and he just said he could ask to have another one done, for which we didn’t had time to wait. Despite showing the burnt pieces I did not eat (originally thought that’s how the dessert was) they charged us fir the dessert. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend

The breakfast buffet was ever better. From 10:45 there was no more bacon and croissants were also off. The Weißwürstel and Nürnberger were also more refilled. Positive, I think that the usual drinks are already included in the price. An alternative could be Alex!

I am very positively surprised! Food is really good! Schnitzel, steak very fast! Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce I can only recommend ? And you must try delicious bread with wonderful crust! We will definitely be back ?

Good menu with wide choice of different German dishes. Big plates, nice service and a cozy an warm atmosphere. Took quite some time until dinner was served, but quality was good.

Excellent local food like gulasch soup or cream patato soup. Traditional sousages with mash patato and cabbage. Pretty crowded and usually full for weekends. Service fast enough, pretty good job they do. Anyway beer to try is obligatory Franziskaner whisse beer as it is apsolute top there. For smokers there is also terrace with gas heaters so even now in November you can enjoy there. Sure this is one of places where we go regularly and will come back again.

“I like typical Gernan Food” Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, a large choice of typical german food. We like it. The interior is cosy. But don't expect the highest level of food, because it is situated near the large mall Centro, thus quantity is more important then quality
